Weather and an old RV
Geez, gusty wind, rain, even sleet one morning I swear, temps in the 50's and 20's at night. My camper is still snug, although one night I slept in my sweats and socks. I was afraid to run my little electric heater on high since I am using 150' of extension cord, but after consulting with experts, decided it was ok as long as I wasn't using any other electric gizmos. Oh, not weather related, but then today I had to turn on my gas fridge because I had the propane tank filled and lo and behold it wouldn't light. The darn thing is 18 years old so I feared the worse. One of the other volunteers at the office took a look at it, but to no avail, so he sent me to this repair shop. Nothing major thank heavens, less than $40, the burner was gunked up. The repair guy was great. He says "I see you are the type of gal who likes to fix things, so here let me show you what to do if it happens again". What a sweetie. The money was well worth the lesson and new found knowledge!
