The boat in the previous post belongs to Jin, a Vietnamese fellow that lives here at the RV Park in Rockport. He goes out every night fishing so today I went over to his stand and bought a pound of shrimp for dinner. There is nothing like fresh shrimp!! Chop off the head and throw them in boiling water for about one minute, so sweet and tender.
