Pistachio Ravioli

Yes! Well it was actually cheese ravioli in a pistachio sauce. And it was delicious! After a hard day at the beach (Goose Island State Park), catching some rays, making new friends and biking around, we stopped at an Italian restaurant and had a fantastic meal topped off with Tiramisu of course.

And we saw: RV's camping on the shore, an armadillo, Pelicans and The Biggest Tree.
