And the adventure continues
On my way to PA I spent the night in the nicest spot right off State RT 209 right before the border of NY and PA. It was a county park, a historical site, the Delaware and Erie Canal Park. The museum was just closing, it was 5:00, so I didn't get to see that. I asked the park manager if I could park there overnight and she said sure. No one else there, in the woods, nice and quiet. Great hiking trails that Sophie and I explored. I felt it was a safe location, but still was a tad apprehensive when it came time to fall asleep, something I need to work on. If that 84 year old lady I met can do it then so can I! Especially when the nearest campground wanted $40!!!!

Chris,... I'm like you, I'm sure I'd have been hearing all kinds of noises and would have been sure I was going to be murdered in my bed! But the reality is, with a motorhome that you can just drive away, and a lot of common sense it's quite safe. So how was Warrensburg?
